We are seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead crews on residential and commercial projects. This role oversees daily field operations, ensures quality work, and maintains clear communication with the Project Manager and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate crew members on job sites
• Coordinate daily plans, safety protocols, and task assignments
• Monitor quality, troubleshoot issues, and adjust schedules as needed
• Communicate with clients and Project Manager throughout projects
• Participate in installation work when necessary
• Maintain organized, safe job sites
• Track crew time, progress, and material usage; submit daily reports

Requirements:

• Proven landscape installation and crew leadership experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage schedules, resources, and safety compliance
• Hands-on work ethic and attention to detail

Compensation:

• $24.00 - $32.00 per hour based on experience
