Salary: $115,000 – $150,000+ (up to $160K for top-tier interior experience)

Overview:

Lead the field team on high-end interior renovation projects, including two downtown office builds for law and mortgage clients. We need confident leaders with interiors expertise and a strong handle on subcontractor coordination.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of commercial GC experience

• Strong track record on interiors (law firms, offices, etc.)

• Solid local subcontractor knowledge

• Name-brand GC background preferred

 

• No more than 3 jobs in 10 years
