Sales Enablement Manager, Digital Commerce


We are partnering with a fast-growing digital commerce platform that helps brands win across Amazon, Walmart, club, grocery, and emerging retail channels. Their teams handle everything from marketplace strategy to retail media and in store sales, and they are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to be the glue between Sales, Marketing, and Design.


In this role, you will

  • Own and upgrade all sales collateral, capabilities decks, one-pagers, case studies, pitch templates
  • Build and customize enterprise level presentations and proposals for strategic brand prospects
  • Lead RFP and RFI responses, coordinate inputs from leadership, and maintain boilerplate content
  • Manage a central content hub for all sales assets, including structure, tagging, version control, access
  • Shape the master sales narrative so every outreach, meeting, and follow-up feels consistent and on brand


Experience

  • 4 to 6 years into your career in sales enablement, revenue marketing, or new business support, ideally in an agency, commerce
  • A strong storyteller who can translate complex offerings into clear, compelling narratives
  • Highly organized, comfortable juggling multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities
  • Fluent in modern presentation and collaboration tools, and excited to experiment with AI to move faster


This is a high visibility role with direct impact on revenue, working side by side with senior sales and leadership across multiple business units.
