Title: Director, Paid Media Lead Generation
Type: Individual contributor lead with hands-on execution, can grow into VP
Location: Hybrid only, preferred Connecticut or NYC office, 3 days in office (Tue, Wed, Thu)
Comp target: $150K to $160K base
Team: Partners with Director, Paid Media (strong strategy, quality lead focus). This hire adds volume lead generation strength. Supported by the broader performance marketing team.
What they need this person to do
- Own paid acquisition built for lead generation clients, not brands.
- Drive measurable outcomes tied to spend vs leads and downstream conversion performance.
- Build and run campaigns that generate phone calls and form fills that flow into a call center CRM.
- Bring repeatable playbooks to scale, lead volume efficiently across core search, social, and YouTube channels.
Must have experience
- Media agency side and or lead aggregator environments
- Services verticals such as insurance, education, home services (roofing, windows, similar), and some automotive, depending on tier
- Paid Search built specifically for lead gen
- Paid Social built specifically for lead gen
- YouTube (as part of the channel mix, video plus Google ecosystem)
- Performance mindset, metrics first, strong testing discipline
- Experience in high-volume acquisition models where you cannot fully control the call center, so you optimize what you can control upstream
