A well-established mechanical contractor is hiring an experienced Plumbing Professional to support commercial and/or multifamily projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on plumber who takes pride in quality workmanship, jobsite safety, and reliable execution in active construction environments.

Responsibilities (Depending on Level)

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems (water, waste, vent, storm)
• Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and isometrics (where applicable)
• Layout, measure, cut, thread, assemble, and hang pipe (copper, cast iron, PVC/CPVC, PEX, steel—based on projects)
• Perform rough-ins and finish work; set fixtures and test systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve field issues quickly while maintaining quality
• Coordinate with foremen/superintendents, other trades, and inspectors
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas
• Complete daily paperwork/time tracking as required

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience (service or construction)
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to job sites
• Basic tool proficiency and comfort using jobsite documentation processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Journeyman/Master license (or actively pursuing)
• Backflow certification, medical gas certification, or brazing experience (depending on scope)
• Experience with high-rise/multifamily, healthcare, industrial, or TI work
• Foreman experience or desire to grow into leadership
• OSHA 10/30
