Position Overview

We are seeking a Structural Engineer Project Manager who thrives in a collaborative, impactful environment. This leadership role involves managing structural engineering projects from concept to completion, including technical oversight, structural design and analysis, document preparation, and client engagement. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strong engineering expertise and project management skills, along with proficiency in Revit and structural design tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and analysis of structural systems for a variety of projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients; maintain and grow client relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and contribute to strategic marketing efforts.
• Supervise and mentor team members within the structural department.
• Prepare and review reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, and engineering documents.
• Utilize Revit and other software tools to create construction-ready documents and calculations.
• Attend client meetings, present project updates, and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes and internal quality control standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida is required.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in structural engineering.
• Strong project management skills and experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in Revit and structural analysis/design software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
