Position Overview
Seeking a talented and motivated Civil Engineer/Manager to join our team. This role offers a dynamic work environment focused on collaboration, professional development, and technical excellence. The ideal candidate will support senior engineers on a range of civil engineering disciplines, including site design, roadway design, utility infrastructure, stormwater management, permitting, and construction observation.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare plans, specifications, and deliverables on time and within budget.
- Assist in engineering calculations, site design, and permitting processes.
- Monitor compliance with applicable codes, QA/QC protocols, and performance standards.
- Produce high-quality design documentation using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Participate in client meetings and clearly communicate technical findings and recommendations.
- Assist with forecasting workloads and managing assigned tasks effectively.
- Use engineering software and tools for planning, design, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Florida E.I.T. or P.E. license preferred.
- 1–6 years of progressive experience in civil engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; experience with MicroStation/OpenRoads is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Private development experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated professionalism and strong work ethic in all interactions.
- Experience with land development, including commercial, institutional, and municipal projects.
- Familiarity with the design of utility systems, stormwater facilities, and small water/wastewater pump stations.
- Understanding of local regulatory permitting requirements and processes.
