Project Manager – Dallas, TX

Salary: $110,000 – $150,000

Type: Full-Time | Interior Commercial Projects

Overview:

Own project delivery from precon to closeout. You’ll handle scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and client communication while working closely with field and exec leadership.

Requirements:

• 5–10+ years of commercial construction project management

• Experience managing interiors or TI projects a plus

• Must estimate your own work (no estimators in-house)

• No more than 3 jobs in 10 years

• Background with recognizable general contractors
