We are hiring -- Primary Care Physician!

Join an established community health organization that is growing its team in Bridgeport! We are seeking Family Medicine and Internal Medicine Physicians for full-time roles in a team-based care model alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health specialists, and clinical support staff. Our mission is to deliver culturally competent, high-quality medical, oral, and behavioral health care to underserved and medically vulnerable populations. Position Details 

• Title: Primary Care Physician - Family Medicine (adults only) or Internal Medicine
• Setting: Outpatient only
• Patient Population: Adults & Geriatrics
• Schedule: full-time, 4-5 days/week
• Call: rotates with provider group; phone only

Competitive Compensation

• Baseline: $220k (increasing with experience)
• CME + Professional dues reimbursement
• Loan repayment: qualifies for federal programs (NHSC and PSLF)

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree (MD/DO) or equivalent from an accredited school of medicine
• Board Eligible or Board Certified: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Possess or able to obtain license to practice in the State of Connecticut
• Possess or able to obtain active DEA license
• BLS certification required 

Preferred Requirements:

• 2 years of independent clinical experience following completion of an accredited residency program
• Spanish speaking preferred but not required
• Clinical experience serving low-income and uninsured patients
• Understanding of the nuances of the local community health market and social resources available to patients
