As they expand their digital acquisition strategies, theyโ€™re looking for a VP of Performance Marketing to develop and execute campaigns that maximize ROI and drive measurable results across channels.


The Role

As VP of Performance Marketing, you will own customer acquisition and revenue growth through paid media, SEO, conversion rate optimization, and analytics. Youโ€™ll lead a small team and work closely with stakeholders across product, marketing, and analytics to ensure campaigns are high-performing, scalable, and aligned with business goals.


What Youโ€™ll Do

๐Ÿ“Š Own Paid Media Strategy โ€“ Manage paid search, social, programmatic, and other digital channels to drive qualified leads and revenue.

๐Ÿ“ˆ Optimize the Full Funnel โ€“ Lead A/B testing, landing page optimization, and CRO initiatives to boost conversion rates and lower CAC.

๐Ÿ”ฌ Analyze & Scale โ€“ Monitor KPIs, develop data-driven insights, and refine campaigns to maximize performance.

๐Ÿ“ง Support Retention & Lifecycle โ€“ Collaborate with lifecycle and retention teams to ensure a seamless customer journey post-acquisition.

๐Ÿค Collaborate Across Teams โ€“ Work closely with product, sales, and analytics teams to align performance marketing with broader company objectives.

๐Ÿ“… Forecast & Budget โ€“ Develop spend forecasts and own budget allocation to ensure efficient, profitable growth.


What Youโ€™ll Bring

โœ”๏ธ 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2B or services-based businesses

โœ”๏ธ Proven success scaling paid channels and achieving growth targets

โœ”๏ธ Deep knowledge of digital ad platforms, conversion optimization, and marketing analytics

โœ”๏ธ Data-driven approach and comfort managing marketing budgets and forecasts

โœ”๏ธ Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and collaborating cross-functionally

โœ”๏ธ Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
