The Role

As Head of Retention Marketing, you’ll develop and execute strategies that keep customers engaged, increase repeat purchases, and drive brand loyalty. You’ll oversee email, SMS, loyalty programs, and subscription initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize the customer journey and maximize retention.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead Retention Strategy: Own customer lifecycle marketing, developing strategies to increase engagement and repeat purchases.
  • Optimize Email & SMS Marketing: Enhance segmentation, automation, and personalization to improve conversion and retention rates.
  • Grow Subscription & Loyalty Programs: Build programs that strengthen customer relationships and increase lifetime value.
  • Analyze & Improve Performance: Leverage data to track key retention metrics and continuously refine strategies.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with growth, brand, and product teams to align retention efforts with broader marketing goals.
