The Role
As Director of Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of the brand’s marketing strategy, overseeing campaigns that drive awareness, conversion, and loyalty. You’ll manage digital and retail marketing, brand storytelling, influencer partnerships, and community engagement—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution.

📢 Lead Brand & Growth Marketing Strategy – Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that support brand positioning and business growth.
🎯 Drive Integrated Campaigns – Concept, execute, and optimize 360° campaigns across digital, social, influencer, email, and retail channels.

What You’ll Bring
✔️ 7+ years of marketing experience, ideally within skincare, beauty, or premium lifestyle brands
✔️ Proven success leading integrated marketing campaigns and driving growth in both DTC and retail environments
✔️ Strong understanding of brand storytelling, creative development, and digital performance marketing
✔️ Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
✔️ A passion for skincare and the luxury beauty space, with a track record of driving cultural relevance and consumer love
