The Role
As Senior Quality Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of product quality, from raw materials to finished goods. You’ll establish and maintain testing protocols, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role is key to upholding the brand’s commitment to clean, safe, and effective skincare.
What You’ll Do
🔍 Develop & Manage Quality Standards – Create and implement rigorous testing and inspection protocols across raw materials, manufacturing, and finished goods.
📊 Ensure Compliance & Certification – Oversee compliance with clean beauty standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
📦 Oversee Vendor Quality – Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to brand standards.
🚀 Lead Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to enhance quality processes, reduce defects, and improve product consistency.
📈 Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to support product launches and ongoing quality initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
✔️ 5+ years of quality management experience in skincare, cosmetics, or CPG
✔️ In-depth knowledge of quality assurance, testing protocols, and regulatory requirements for personal care products
✔️ Strong leadership and communication skills to manage processes and collaborate cross-functionally
✔️ Detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional products
✔️ Experience with clean or natural beauty products is a plus
