About the Role

An established global leader in supply chain compliance and sustainability solutions is seeking an experienced Product Lead to drive the growth of the ChainPoint platform and related customer solutions. These solutions address sustainable sourcing and supply chain traceability challenges for international trade organizations.


This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that blends product management, client project oversight, and process standardization across engagements. The Product Lead will need to combine a deep understanding of customer needs with a strong grasp of the platform’s core technology—ensuring capabilities are effectively aligned to solve client problems. Working cross-functionally, the role will identify, define, and prioritize product improvements that meet both organizational and client goals.


The position is based in Arnhem, following a hybrid work model. Regular in-person collaboration is encouraged, while also maintaining flexibility and a healthy work-life balance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as Product Lead for the ChainPoint platform, focusing on stability, incremental improvements, and tactical prioritization of features.
  • Execute strategic guidance and process approaches set by leadership.
  • Partner with internal teams—including Sales, Delivery, and Consulting—to identify priorities, define requirements, and deliver results.
  • Maintain and refine the product backlog with clear, actionable user stories that balance client needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with technical product managers, product owners, delivery teams, UX designers, and subject matter experts to ensure smooth delivery of updates, improvements, and fixes.
  • Ensure compliance with client contractual obligations and SLA requirements.
  • Translate user feedback and operational insights into value-driven solutions and enhancements.
  • Coordinate release planning, communications, and support documentation with technical teams.
  • Lead structured, cross-functional communication with stakeholders and leadership to keep delivery on track.
  • Support the creation of repeatable processes and deliverables to streamline client engagements across the consulting division.


Requirements

Required:

  • 2+ years in B2B software product management, ideally with experience in data-driven workflows, validation, logic, and analytical outputs.
  • Experience interfacing directly with clients to extract business requirements, identify need patterns, and communicate future deliverables.
  • Proven success managing mature technology stacks with a focus on incremental improvements and issue resolution.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and resolve competing tactical priorities.
  • Experience applying Agile methodologies, including writing user stories, prioritizing backlogs, and managing rapid sprint and release processes.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Microsoft DevOps, and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience using key metrics and data analysis to guide decision-making.


Preferred:

  • 2+ years in Regulatory Compliance, ESG, Product Lifecycle Analysis, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Training or certification with Pragmatic Product methodology.
