You will help capture the current operating landscape (AS-IS), envision the desired future state (TO-BE), and design the steps needed to get there. Working closely with business leaders, IT teams, and change specialists, you will ensure that architecture decisions support both strategic priorities and day-to-day operational needs.

Main activities
- Contribute to strategic and transformation initiatives where architecture plays a role.
- Maintain and update architectural models and guidelines for assigned domains.
- Develop and review multi-year architecture plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Facilitate alignment across different teams and disciplines.

Skills and experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise, business, or information architecture, or a comparable discipline.
- Experience using architecture frameworks and tools (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate, or similar).
- Solid understanding of process improvement, innovation, and change management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
