Paid Media Account Manager (Italian Speaking)
An independent digital agency is hiring for a Paid Media Account Manager to join their growing team. Known for their results-driven approach and long-term client partnerships, they work across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, SEO and Analytics, supporting brands across fashion, eCommerce, lifestyle, and travel.
They’re now looking for a fluent Italian speaker with solid experience in Paid Media to help manage international client accounts and support the wider paid team. It’s a hands-on role, ideal for someone confident leading campaigns and supporting junior team members in delivering great results.
What you’ll be doing:
- Plan and manage campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic
- Analyse performance data and share clear, actionable insights
- Support client communication — including weekly calls, reports, and business reviews
- Help manage and develop junior team members, offering feedback and support
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within client accounts
- Contribute to pitch work and new business opportunities
What they’re looking for:
- At least 3 years’ experience running Paid Media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
- Strong understanding of digital strategy, audience targeting and campaign optimisation
- Comfortable with Google Analytics and Looker Studio
- Confident communicator — able to explain data and strategies clearly to clients
- Good leadership skills, with experience supporting or managing others
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects
- Fluent in both Italian and English to C2 level
Bonus points for:
- Experience working with clients in fashion, eCommerce or lead generation
- Knowledge of platforms like Amazon Ads, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest, or TikTok
