Part-time or full-time – Based in South Africa
We’re hiring a Recruitment Consultant who’s confident on the phone, proactive, and comfortable speaking with both candidates and clients. This is a remote role, open to someone based in South Africa and available to work UK hours.
For over 12 years, we’ve supported high-profile clients like Publicis Media, placing top talent into leading brands such as L’Oréal, LVMH, Rolex, TikTok, and Meta. We work across agency and client-side roles, with a strong track record of long-term hiring partnerships.
What you’ll be doing:
- Placing great candidates into teams at well-known companies
- Mapping out the market and identifying the right people to approach
- Managing candidate pipelines and keeping our CRM (Loxo) up to date
- Taking briefs from clients, sending over shortlists, and following up regularly
- Conducting pre-screening calls and building strong candidate relationships, with support from our offshore resourcing team
- Engaging confidently with clients and prospects, quickly building trust and understanding their hiring needs
- Supporting light business development — following up on warm leads, reaching out to prospective clients, and helping spot new opportunities
What we’re looking for:
- Confident on outbound calls to both candidates and clients (experience in sales or recruitment preferred)
- Clear communicator, professional and friendly over the phone and email
- Organised and detail-focused — able to keep on top of multiple roles and conversations
- Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter or happy to learn quickly
- Based in South Africa and able to work part-time or full-time during UK hours
