The Company


A specialist B2B media and events organisation with an international reach, producing industry publications, digital content and conferences. The business is expanding and is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead on end‑to‑end campaigns, with a particular focus on delegate acquisition and event promotion.



The Role

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing and measuring integrated marketing campaigns across the company’s portfolio of events and media products. Reporting directly into senior leadership, this is a role with full campaign ownership and strong visibility, ideal for a mid‑level marketer seeking progression into a senior position.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for B2B events, publications and digital channels.
  • Lead on delegate acquisition campaigns to drive registrations and attendance for conferences.
  • Create engaging multi‑channel marketing content, including email campaigns, landing pages, newsletters, brochures and digital adverts.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets and performance reporting, ensuring ROI is delivered.
  • Use CRM, analytics and automation tools to monitor performance and optimise campaigns.
  • Collaborate with editorial, events and sales teams to align marketing activity with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for new marketing approaches to improve audience engagement and growth.



Candidate Profile

  • 5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably within events, publishing or conferences.
  • Demonstrable experience of running end‑to‑end marketing campaigns.
  • Strong digital marketing skills (email marketing, CRM management, paid social, analytics).
  • Excellent communication, copywriting and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data‑driven mindset, with the ability to analyse and report on campaign performance.
  • Creative, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
