TikTok is hiring for a Logistics Marketing & Seller Acquisition Manager to support the growth of TikTok Shop across the UK and Europe.
This role sits at the centre of the TikTok Shop ecosystem and focuses on helping sellers understand, adopt, and successfully use TikTok’s logistics services. It’s a hands-on role, suited to someone who enjoys working directly with sellers, building practical marketing materials, and getting things live quickly.
The team is open on title and background. What matters most is execution, independence, and experience in fast-moving e-commerce or marketplace environments.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with TikTok Shop sellers across UK and EU markets.
- Driving awareness and adoption of TikTok’s logistics services.
- Managing seller-facing content across Seller Centre, including banners, pop-ups and announcements.
- Creating marketing assets such as guides, toolkits, onboarding materials and FAQs.
- Supporting sellers with documentation, education, and operational guidance.
- Partnering with internal teams across marketing, seller support and logistics.
Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or logistics-related environments.
- Strong seller-facing or partner-facing marketing experience.
- Comfortable owning work end to end with minimal supervision.
- Able to move quickly and prioritise in a high-growth environment.
- Confident working across UK and European audiences.
- English required; additional European languages are a plus.
- Experience level is flexible, with around five years as a guide rather than a hard requirement.
