TikTok Shop’s Data EMEA / DataAI Lab team is hiring a Technical Sourcer to build proactive talent pipelines for AI Go-To-Market (GTM) hiring. You’ll partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and business stakeholders, bring sharp market intelligence, and keep candidate experience high while the team moves fast. 


Within TikTok Shop, the data and analytics function works on metrics development, operational insights, algorithm improvement, and data products that inform decision-making across the business. That link between data and commercial outcomes is exactly why hiring for AI GTM is a priority. 


TikTok has also been evolving how it organises its ecommerce product and data science groups to streamline execution and deepen AI integration. For a sourcer, that typically translates into steady demand for specialist talent and stakeholders who want pipelines yesterday, not next quarter. 


Responsibilities

  • Partner with TA Partners and hiring stakeholders to understand hiring needs and set sourcing strategy for AI GTM roles, plus wider DataAI Lab hiring 
  • Build proactive pipelines using market mapping, talent intelligence, and competitor insights, especially across AI and GTM talent pools 
  • Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative channels (communities, niche platforms) 
  • Support the hiring flow with candidate management, interview coordination, and pipeline optimisation across teams and geographies 
  • Maintain a candidate-centric, inclusive experience throughout the process 


Qualifications

  • 3+ years relevant sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (in-house or agency) 
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing and research tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, social platforms, and creative sourcing approaches) 
  • Experience sourcing in hi-tech environments (in-house or agency) 
  • Exposure to AI, data, or AI-adjacent GTM hiring (strong plus) 
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication, with the confidence to influence and build trust 
  • Self-starter approach: organised, resourceful, and able to deliver at pace without cutting corners
