As an experienced SDR, you’ll build pipeline by identifying high-potential sellers, qualifying them properly, and helping move them through onboarding and activation. It’s a hands-on role with clear targets, lots of ownership, and a direct link to revenue and seller performance.

TikTok Shop brings shopping into the TikTok experience, letting brands and sellers reach customers through content-led discovery. In France, the focus is on bringing in quality sellers and helping them ramp quickly, with a strong emphasis on performance (GMV) and long-term potential.
Responsibilities
- Run outbound prospecting across email, phone and LinkedIn to identify and engage high-potential sellers in France
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads with clear commercial judgement and strong follow-up discipline
- Book qualified meetings and support early-stage seller onboarding, registration and activation
- Assess seller potential and prioritise opportunities most likely to drive strong GMV
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and activity reporting, ensuring clean handovers and consistent follow-through
- Hit weekly and monthly targets across outreach activity, qualified meetings, and early seller performance
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Proven experience in outbound prospecting and lead qualification in a sales development role
- Confident speaking with sellers, handling objections, and keeping momentum through follow-ups
- Highly organised, able to manage pipeline and priorities independently in a remote set-up
- Comfortable working with digital collaboration tools and sales systems/CRMs
