Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads to support our sales pipeline. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for outreach, strong communication skills, and a drive to contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone calls, and social media to
- identify and qualify for new business opportunities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads and inquiries, ensuring a positive and
- seamless experience
- Schedule qualified meetings and assist with seller onboarding, registration, and activation
- processes
- Evaluate seller potential and support early-stage growth to ensure strong GMV (Gross
- Merchandise Value) performance on the platform
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for outreach activity, qualified leads,
- and seller GMV growth
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and in French)
- Strong time management and organizational skills; able to work independently
- Comfortable with remote work and digital collaboration tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
- Background in E-Commerce
