ROLE OVERVIEW

This is an opportunity to join a growing SEO function within a well-established performance agency, supporting campaigns across a varied client base spanning multiple industries and international markets.

The SEO Specialist (Polish Speaker) will play a hands-on role in delivering SEO work across multiple accounts, contributing across the full lifecycle — from keyword research and technical audits through to implementation support and performance reporting.

 

Working within structured project environments, you’ll collaborate closely with SEO Managers and Project Leads to shape strategy, identify both on-page and technical improvements, analyse performance data, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.

 

The role includes direct exposure to clients, contributing to reporting, updates, and performance discussions, with ongoing support from senior SEO leadership and technical specialists.

This position offers clear visibility on the impact of your work, with direct contribution to client growth across organic search.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support SEO Managers in building and executing SEO strategies for clients.

 

Project Management

  • Collaborate with Project Leads to manage SEO projects across multiple client accounts, ensuring delivery against timelines and commercial objectives.
  • Develop, execute, and analyse SEO strategies in collaboration with Project Leads and senior SEO leadership.

 

Keyword Research

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research across Polish and English search landscapes, identifying ranking opportunities aligned with client commercial goals.

 

On-Page & Content Optimisation

  • Identify and implement on-page improvements to enhance visibility, rankings, and user experience.
  • Brief copywriting teams with clear SEO direction, edit content, and produce SEO-focused copy where required.

 

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyse site performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SE Ranking.
  • Produce structured, data-led reports in Excel and PowerPoint, translating performance into clear recommendations.

 

Client Communication

  • Contribute to client communications, providing updates on activity, performance, and next steps.
  • Support monthly reporting cycles, including presenting performance insights to clients.

 

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with SEO, content, and paid media teams to ensure aligned delivery across channels.
  • Participate in regular team sessions focused on knowledge sharing, testing, and innovation.

 

Continuous Learning

  • Stay current with algorithm updates, industry trends, and new tools, applying this knowledge to client work.

 

Tool Utilisation

  • Use a range of industry tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) to support analysis, implementation, and reporting.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Native Polish speaker with professional English level (C1)
  • 2+ years of SEO experience within a performance-driven environment.
  • Strong on-page SEO capability, with a clear understanding of ranking factors and content optimisation.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Google Search Console, Data Studio, and Screaming Frog.
  • Confident using Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation.
  • Exposure to other performance channels such as PPC or Paid Social.
  • Technical SEO knowledge (site structure, crawling, indexing).
  • Experience working within an agency or multi-client environment.
