Hardware Buyer – EMEA

London | 4 days a week onsite

TikTok are looking for an experienced Hardware Buyer to support procurement activity across the EMEA region. You’ll join a small procurement team and take ownership of hardware purchasing, supplier management, and delivery coordination across around 20 countries. The role suits someone who enjoys a mix of structured procurement work and fast-paced operational problem-solving.

The Role

You’ll manage the full end-to-end hardware procurement process for EMEA offices. This includes sourcing suppliers, handling purchase requirements, tracking delivery timelines, and improving how the business manages supply into complex regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage hardware purchasing across the EMEA region
  • Source and assess suppliers, running full end-to-end procurement
  • Respond quickly to purchase requirements and release orders on time
  • Oversee supplier performance and daily deliverables
  • Maintain a clear request-management process to avoid delays
  • Track delivery progress and highlight risks early
  • Support offices in higher-risk regions, such as Africa and the Middle East
  • Build and optimise supplier frameworks for international vendors
  • Improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and reduce cost
  • Work closely with internal teams across multiple time zones

About You

You should be confident working independently, comfortable handling international suppliers, and able to manage competing demands in a growing environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  •  3–8 years’ experience in procurement (operations, planning or buying)
  • Strong background in IT procurement: laptops, printers, hardware
  • Good understanding of procurement systems and purchase-to-pay processes
  • Experience working in global or multinational companies
  • Able to manage varied country requirements, including higher-risk regions
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin would be a strong advantage
  • Strong communication, organisation and supplier-management skills

What you’ll work with

You’ll report into the Head of Procurement and work as part of a team of three. Early priorities include ensuring smooth hardware supply for all EMEA offices, strengthening supplier relationships, and tightening internal processes as demand continues to grow.
