TikTok Shop – Fashion New Business & Growth Manager

TikTok Shop is an innovative marketplace fully integrated into TikTok. It brings together sellers, buyers and creators in one place to deliver a seamless shopping experience, enabling our community to discover and engage with what they love.

 

We’re hiring a Business Developer to grow TikTok Shop within the Fashion category. You’ll identify and win new clients, support them through onboarding, and shape their strategy for success on the platform. This is a target-driven role in a fast-paced environment, where you’ll take full ownership for delivering ambitious growth OKRs.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify new prospective clients through research, networking and focused outreach.
  • Build and deliver persuasive pitches that address client needs and clearly communicate the value of TikTok Shop.
  • Manage objections, answer concerns and guide clients through the sign-up and onboarding journey.
  • Support clients to set up their accounts accurately and completely.
  • Help define each brand’s success strategy on TikTok, using strong platform knowledge and commercial thinking.
  • Partner with clients to drive meaningful revenue growth over a 3–6 month period.
  • Hit monthly targets for new client acquisition, product onboarding and sales growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, enhance the client experience and unlock growth.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of TikTok Shop products, competitors and our positioning in the market.

 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Confident handling objections and able to learn new platforms/products quickly.
  • Experience in e-commerce.
  • Track record of achieving outcomes with external stakeholders.
  • Experience managing sales cycles and overcoming objections.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Examples of building processes from scratch (or improving them significantly).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with clear, confident communication.
  • UK market experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and outreach tools.
