Senior Client Success Executive
London | Hybrid
You’ll join a Client Success team in a fast-growing audience intelligence + media execution business. This role sits across account management, quality control, and delivery — supporting major accounts while owning a set of clients end-to-end. You’ll help shape account plans (insights, strategy, media planning), support pitches, and make sure every report, deck and deliverable is sharp, accurate, and client-ready.
This is a UK media-tech business with a proprietary platform that combines audience intelligence and media buying in one place. It turns billions of audience data points into insights that are easy to use, then links that insight directly to campaign execution.

Responsibilities
- Support large accounts and own a portfolio of client relationships
- Lead client reporting, proposal writing and communications
- Develop, grow and retain revenue streams within your accounts
- Quality control across all output delivered by you or your wider team
- Support account plans across insights, strategy and media planning
- Help shape media execution strategies and plans with Insights & Strategy teams
- Brief internal teams so work is built around client goals
- Support sales pitches, proposals and presentations
- Maintain client dashboards, reporting and templates
- Track KPIs, spot issues early, and drive resolution with internal teams
- Support delivery of PCAs, QBRs and output-based reporting
Qualifications
- Experience in media advertising (brand-side or media provider / agency-side)
- Understanding of the media landscape and communications planning, including preparing and presenting media plans
- Confident in client-facing work, influencing stakeholders and managing multiple campaigns
- Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail and high standards of output
- Comfortable juggling stakeholders and shifting priorities
