Senior Client Success Executive

You’ll join a Client Success team in a fast-growing audience intelligence + media execution business.
This is a strategic, client-facing role sitting at the intersection of media planning, audience insight and account leadership. You’ll support major accounts while owning a portfolio of clients end-to-end acting as a trusted partner across media strategy, planning and performance.
You’ll help shape account plans across insight, communications strategy and media planning, contribute to pitch responses, and ensure every recommendation is grounded in strong audience understanding and commercial clarity.
This is a UK media-tech business with a proprietary platform that combines audience intelligence and media buying in one place. It turns billions of audience data points into actionable insight, then connects that insight directly to campaign execution.

Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of client relationships while supporting larger, complex accounts
- Act as a strategic partner, advising on media direction and audience-led planning
- Lead client reporting, planning conversations and proposal development
- Develop, grow and retain revenue streams within your accounts
- Maintain high standards across all client-facing output
- Support and shape account plans across audience insight, communications strategy and media planning
- Translate audience intelligence into clear, actionable media execution strategies
- Collaborate closely with Insights & Strategy teams to ensure plans align to business objectives
- Prepare and present media plans with confidence and clarity
- Support sales pitches, proposals and strategic presentations
- Track KPIs, identify performance trends and proactively address challenges
- Brief internal teams so work is built around client goals
- Maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks and templates
- Support delivery of PCAs, QBRs and output-based reporting
Qualifications
- Experience in media advertising (brand-side or media provider / agency-side)
- Strong understanding of the media landscape and communications planning
- Experience preparing and presenting media plans
- Confident in client-facing environments, influencing stakeholders and managing multiple campaigns
- Commercially aware with strong attention to detail and high standards of output
- Comfortable juggling stakeholders and shifting priorities
