Overview

A leading and rapidly growing B2B media organisation is seeking a Graduate Media Sales Executive with 0-1 year’ experience in media, publishing, or event sponsorship sales to join their commercial team. The business operates across multiple platforms — including print, digital, and events — and produces internationally recognised publications and sold-out global events across specialist industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients to maximise revenue.
  • Identify, contact, and secure new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Re-engage with lapsed clients to generate renewed business.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals to meet client objectives.
  • Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging and campaigns.
  • Generate revenue across print, digital, and event sponsorship products.
  • Achieve and exceed agreed sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate client and sales records within the CRM system.
  • Produce regular performance and pipeline reports for senior management.


Person Specification

Essential

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.
  • IT literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.


Desirable

  • Experience in media, publishing, or event sponsorship sales (B2B preferred).
  • Experience selling across multiple platforms (print, digital, events).
  • Understanding of specialist industry sectors or niche publications.

Working Pattern
