B2B Paid Media Account Manager

A full-time B2B Paid Media Account Manager role focused on building and optimising performance campaigns across LinkedIn and paid search. You’ll be working on high-growth B2B accounts, managing global activity, and shaping strategy with a small senior team. The role is mostly remote, with one in-office day in London each week.

About the Company

You’ll be joining a specialist B2B performance marketing agency known for its friendly culture, flexible working style, and hands-on approach to client delivery. The team values humour, transparency, and a healthy work-life balance. They operate with a simple idea: people do their best work when they’re trusted, supported, and given space to grow.

They work with fast-scaling tech and consultancy brands across the UK, Nordics and beyond — running multi-market campaigns, testing new ideas, and helping clients build pipeline through smart, well-run paid media.

The team meets in London every couple of weeks for collaboration days and holds monthly social afternoons. Outside of that, you’ll have the flexibility to manage your week in a way that works for you.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage and optimise paid social campaigns, with a strong focus on LinkedIn
  • Support paid search activity, mainly within Google Ads
  • Analyse performance data, develop hypotheses and run structured tests
  • Work with designers to improve landing pages and user journeys
  • Set up and troubleshoot tracking using Google Tag Manager
  • Provide clear reporting and insight for clients
  • Collaborate with senior team members on strategy and account growth
  • Stay across industry updates, new features and best practice

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years’ hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Campaign Manager for B2B advertisers
  • Confident working with larger-scale budgets and multi-market activity
  • Strong analytical skills with solid Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
  • Practical understanding of attribution and tracking
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage several accounts at once
  • UK-based and able to travel to Central London once a week
  • Clear communicator with a positive, collaborative approach
  • Google Ads experience is helpful but not essential
  • A good sense of humour — the team values personality as much as skill
