TikTok is hiring an EMEA Cost Manager to join its Corporate Services team in London.
This is a client-side cost leadership role, focused on controlling and guiding office-related spend across Europe and Africa. You’ll work across multiple live projects at once, partnering closely with internal teams and external consultants to make sure budgets are robust, decisions are commercial, and money is spent in the right places.

The Corporate Services team looks after TikTok’s offices globally, covering construction, fit-outs, leasing, and facilities spend. The team is lean, international, and fast-moving, with close collaboration across regions.
What you’ll be doing
- Acting as the client-side cost manager across TikTok’s EMEA office portfolio
- Managing commercial oversight for fit-outs, construction works, leasing and facilities-related spend
- Reviewing and approving budgets, cost plans, forecasts, variations and final accounts
- Sense-checking early-stage business cases and high-level cost assumptions before projects progress
- Partnering with architects, designers, PMs and external cost consultants
- Managing multiple projects at once (typically 15–20 live projects at varying stages)
- Providing clear cost updates, cash flow forecasts and commercial reporting to senior stakeholders
- Supporting feasibility studies and setting realistic target costs for new sites and upgrades
- Playing a key role in larger flagship projects, including a major upcoming Dubai office development
What they’re looking for
- 5–10 years’ experience in cost planning and cost management
- Background in client-side cost management or consultancy
- Experience working on corporate fit-outs or commercial projects, ideally for tech firms, banks or fast-paced commercial clients
- Comfortable operating at portfolio level rather than being embedded in a single project
- Strong stakeholder skills — able to influence, challenge and explain commercial decisions clearly
- Confident working at pace, with shifting priorities and evolving office strategies
- MRICS or equivalent is beneficial, but not essential
- Experience with leasing or real estate cost exposure is a plus, not a requirement
