Performance Director - EU Social & Programmatic

This is a senior performance role leading the EU social and programmatic team on a major global skincare and healthcare account, sitting in the EMEA hub. You will own regional biddable strategy across paid social, YouTube and programmatic, and be the main point of contact for senior client stakeholders.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the EU social and programmatic team across multiple markets for a global skincare and healthcare client
  • Owning performance strategy and planning across paid social, YouTube and programmatic
  • Overseeing activation, optimisation, QA, reporting and finance processes across the region
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior clients and internal stakeholders
  • Partnering with local market teams and offshore delivery centres to drive best in class execution
  • Championing centralised operations and automation to improve efficiency and performance
  • Coaching and developing a team of performance specialists

About You

  • Strong track record in performance media across paid social, YouTube and programmatic, ideally for global brands
  • Confident planning and running multi market digital campaigns across paid channels
  • Comfortable owning KPI selection, measurement frameworks and performance reporting
  • Experienced in managing senior client relationships and acting as a strategic partner
  • Proven experience coaching and developing performance specialists
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and performance metrics
  • Familiarity with brand safety, fraud prevention and best practice in biddable media
  • Able to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across regions and functions
