EMEA Payroll Analyst (Maternity Cover)

About the Role

TikTok is looking for an experienced payroll professional to join its EMEA payroll team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. This position will manage payroll operations for the UK and selected EMEA countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Given the complexity and volume of work, the successful candidate will start ahead of the maternity leave period to allow for a full handover and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for the UK and designated EMEA regions.
• Collate payroll instructions, perform calculations, and validate vendor outputs.
• Oversee the UK pension process in collaboration with the payroll vendor.
• Manage relationships with payroll vendors, ensuring compliance with contracts and SLAs.
• Contribute to ad hoc payroll-related projects in addition to business-as-usual operations.

Essential Requirements

• At least 5 years’ UK payroll experience.
• Proven experience managing high-volume payrolls.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with Workday and ADP payroll systems.
• Exposure to multi-country payroll processes within EMEA.
• CIPP qualification (or equivalent).
