As an Investment Relations Specialist, you’ll be engaging a vibrant community of over 32,000 existing investors, each conversation an opportunity to share the vision for democratizing real estate investments. You’ll focus on converting 1 to 2% of the investor base annually into the new fund. You’ll be the bridge, turning enthusiasm into investment, directly fueling our growth. This is a high-impact position where your ability to connect, engage, and educate our investors will directly influence the growth of this fund.

As an Investor Relations Specialist, you will:

• Proactively engage with our existing investor community, building rapport and trust.
• Develop and execute compelling communication strategies to drive conversions into our new FUND.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of our FUND, addressing investor inquiries and tailoring solutions.
• Ensure exceptional service, providing investors with a seamless and informative experience.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership to align on messaging and achieve capital raise targets.
• Track and report on your progress, consistently striving to exceed conversion goals.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Experience working with and/or engaging with high-net-worth individuals
• Experience in investor relations, capital raising, or client-facing roles within finance or real estate.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and influence individuals.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively.
• The ability to grasp the workings of fractional real estate investments and the ability to explain them clearly.
• A results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and surpass targets.
