Dorsky Yue International seeks to hire a dynamic, entrepreneurial, senior seller-doer to help grow its Commercial practice. Our firm is looking for an individual who is eager to be part of a collaborative and innovative team which offers professional fulfillment. Job responsibilities include:

·      Identify, seek, and develop new and repeat business

·      Prepare project proposals, negotiate contracts and fees

·      Lead collaborative design teams on multiple projects at one time

·      Play an active role in developing and mentoring staff

·      Participate in the firm’s collaborative leadership team

Qualifications and Skills

■  Architectural license

■  15+ years’ related experience, with a strong background in commercial development projects

■  Strong knowledge of the commercial development market

■  Proven track record of identifying leads, developing relationships, and building a network

■  Active in industry organizations is a plus
