We are seeking an experienced Job Captain to join our growing firm in Boston, MA. This position will be responsible for the preparation of designs, architectural documentation, and the delivery of projects. 

Responsibilities:

·        Lead preparation of design presentations, design process documentation, and construction drawings

·        Oversee design / production staff and review drawings. Provide mentorship to junior team members.

·        Create and foster client relationships. Present designs to clients and discuss client needs, modifications, changes, etc.

·        Coordinate project delivery process through all design and construction phases of the project 

·        Provide oversight on all construction administration activities

Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or a related field

·        Registered Architect in MA highly preferred but non-licensed candidates will be considered

·        Experience using a variety of software including Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator

·        At least 4+ years experience in architectural design / management. Experience working on commercial, higher education, K-12, healthcare, or mixed-use projects a plus

·        Excellent oral and written communication skills
