Responsibilities

Responsible for specific technical design aspects of assigned major projects, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions that best meets the client’s needs

Provide professional architectural consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of large complex projects

Independently applies advanced architectural concepts and designs

Carries out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures

Provide technical guidance to less experienced architects

Other related duties as assigned by Partner(s)

Undergraduate or graduate degree in architecture

6+ years of experience as an Architect; certification as a licensed professional Architect required

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365

Strong organization and communication skills

Creative problem solver with a passion for design and attention to detail

Strong project management skills, including client management, proposals, fees, etc

Hold a valid driver's license

Preferred

BIM software (Revit preferred)

3D modeling software (SketchUp preferred)
