My client is seeking a Civil Engineer (EIT or PE) to join our growing Phoenix team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of land development and infrastructure projects while collaborating with a highly experienced group of engineers and designers committed to delivering thoughtful, high-quality solutions for our clients and communities.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop civil engineering plans for land development and infrastructure projects
  • Prepare grading, drainage, utility, and roadway designs
  • Assist with hydrology and hydraulic calculations
  • Support preparation of construction documents and technical reports
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, municipalities, and internal team members
  • Participate in permitting and entitlement processes
  • Assist with project management tasks including scheduling and coordination
  • Review plans and ensure compliance with local codes and standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • EIT certification required; PE license preferred or ability to obtain
  • 2–8+ years of civil engineering experience (land development or municipal projects preferred)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Experience with hydrology/hydraulic modeling tools is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
