About the Role

We’re looking for motivated Machine Operators to join our S-Head Department. This role supports manufacturing operations, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate S-head machines following procedures and supervisor direction.
• Operate multiple machines safely and efficiently.
• Load/unload stainless steel parts while preventing material mix-ups.
• Perform threading machine functions (change chasers, operate touchscreen, etc.).
• Inspect and record product quality using inspection gauges and visual checks.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping.
• Accurately scan and record production data.
• Work individually and with team members to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or machining background required.
• Ability to read a ruler to 1/32” and use gauges (rings, calipers, etc.).
• Basic computer skills (Windows, data entry).
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and work ethic.
• Physically able to:
• Stand/bend throughout shift
• Lift 50–70 lbs. frequently
• Push/pull carts up to 200 lbs.
• Perform fine hand manipulations for setups
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• 30-day transition to set-up/operator responsibilities.
