Pre-Construction Program Manager

We’re seeking a Pre-Construction Program Manager to lead a team responsible for planning, estimating, and proposal development for complex design-build projects. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain to deliver accurate, timely project proposals—including BOMs, cost estimates, risk assessments, and schedules—ensuring a smooth transition into execution.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop the project planning team
• Oversee proposal strategy and content
• Coordinate preconstruction efforts across departments
• Drive process improvement and performance metrics
• Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams

What You Bring

• 5+ years in project management and team leadership
• Experience with proposals, estimates, and electrical systems
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel and adapt to a flexible schedule

Preferred

• MBA or PMP
• Experience in commercial sales
