Director of Demand Generation - Remote

The Role

We’re looking for a scrappy, curious, and AI-savvy demand generation manager with strong marketing operations (MOPs) skills to drive qualified pipeline and build scalable infrastructure. This isn’t a plug-and-play role—you’ll have the freedom to shape how we generate demand, manage data, and optimize conversion across the funnel.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and execute full-funnel demand generation campaigns across email, social, content syndication, paid media, events, and partnerships
  • Own and optimize our marketing tech stack, including HubSpot, GA4, Breeze Intelligence, LinkedIn, database tools, and emerging AI platforms
  • Design and manage segmented, data-driven campaigns using ABM-lite best practices
  • Leverage tools like Lemlist, PhantomBuster, Clay, ChatGPT, Jasper, Mutiny, Copy.ai, SurferSEO, Lavender, Salesloft/Outreach, and others to personalize outreach, automate engagement, and scale programs
  • Collaborate closely with sales to improve lead scoring, routing, and conversion workflows
  • Track funnel performance, attribution, and conversion metrics, and turn insights into action
  • Launch and iterate on growth experiments, content strategies, and new plays to accelerate pipeline
  • Stay ahead of the curve by experimenting with emerging AI tools that improve campaign performance and operational efficiency

Search, Outreach & Paid Program Ownership

  • Lead our search optimization strategy across Google and LinkedIn, including keyword research, site structure, and AI-enhanced content planning
  • Run outbound outreach campaigns using Clay, Lemlist, and PhantomBuster for scalable personalization
  • Manage LinkedIn and Google ad programs, including audience segmentation, creative testing, budget pacing, and ROI reporting

Website Management & Reporting

  • Manage updates and ongoing optimization of the company website—ensure performance, clarity, and conversion alignment with marketing goals
  • Own landing page development, A/B testing, CTAs, and form strategy
  • Leverage tools like GA4, Looker, HubSpot dashboards, and custom reporting tools to deliver actionable insights across traffic, lead sources, and funnel performance
  • Collaborate with content and design to improve site engagement and demand conversion
  • Use AI and no-code tools to accelerate site updates, personalization, and SEO impact

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation and/or marketing operations, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Proven track record of executing programs that deliver measurable pipeline impact
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, web CMS tools, and performance marketing platforms
  • Database wizardry—you’re confident in slicing, segmenting, and activating lead/account data
  • Comfortable using AI to write, build, analyze, and scale campaigns
  • Fast learner with a growth mindset—you love diving into new tools, techniques, and challenges
  • Bias for action and comfort with ambiguity in an early-stage startup environment


Bonus Points

  • Experience in cybersecurity, AI, or technical B2B industries
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs), lead scoring frameworks, or enrichment strategies
  • You’ve helped build or scale a demand generation function from the ground up
