Is your sales consultative? Can you "paint a picture," ask the right questions, and become a true partner to the prospect, to find the best solution.


You will be conducting phone cold calls and walk in cold calls to customers with the objective of setting a formal meeting with the decision makers of the facility. You will be provided training on how to move the customer through their proven-successful sales cycle. Success in this position can lead to management opportunities, great base, commission checks, all-expenses paid vacations and more!


Our client, a decades-old player in the Tri-State Facilties Services space is driven to successful business relationships through value, not price.


To hit the ground running in 2026, they're looking to add another Maintenance Sales Rep to the team, who can

•       Cold call decision makers

•       Make executive-level presentations.

•       Build financial and life cycle analyses to quantify value from the customer’s perspective.

•       Generate Proposals and Presentations.


Earning Potential = Base Pay $65,000 - $80,000 (first year) + Commission (at least $30K in year 1, $600/month car allowance, 7% match on 401K, HSA, and more, including paid PTO.
