Job Summary: 

The Healthcare Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the healthcare sector. This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in healthcare staffing sales. 


Key Responsibilities: 

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector by reaching out to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living and other healthcare facilities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with healthcare facilities

Marketing and Branding

  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote staffing services.
  • Develop content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and print.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage the company’s online presence, including the website and social media profiles.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Gather feedback to improve service offerings.

Team Management

  • Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team.
  • Set performance goals and monitor team progress.
  • Provide training and support to enhance team skills.

Compliance and Reporting

  • Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.


Qualifications: 

  • 3-5 years of proven success in healthcare staffing sales, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets. 
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including staffing trends, regulations, and challenges. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. 
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a competitive drive. 
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
