Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of five high-performing payroll specialists, serving as the go-to leader and escalation point in a fast-moving environment
  • Take hands-on ownership of complex, multi-state payroll processing, personally overseeing weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payrolls across 48 states
  • Become the in-house payroll systems expert, partnering closely with leadership to drive software optimization, improvements, and system-wide enhancements
  • Own payroll compliance end-to-end by staying ahead of tax filings, regulatory changes, and multi-state requirements, ensuring accuracy and confidence at every level
