This person will be the go-to for all HR operations from payroll, to benefits, and onboarding, owning those processes end to end and making sure everything runs smoothly, accurately, and on time. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary owner of day-to-day HR operations, with a strong focus on payroll and benefits administration
• Oversee onboarding from a systems and compliance standpoint, ensuring new hires are properly set up and supported from day one
• Act as a dependable internal resource for HR-related questions, troubleshooting, and operational support
• Review and analyze HR data regularly to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for process improvement
