This is not a narrowly defined HR position; instead, you will take ownership for the day-to-day HR function, partner closely with leadership, and support the business across a wide range of HR and operational needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Own all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruiting coordination, onboarding, employee records, and ongoing HR documentation
• Help ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization
• Assist with benefits administration and the company’s 401k plan, including open enrollment, employee communication, and coordination with external partners
• Support and help manage core HR processes, serving as a key point of contact for employees and leadership
• Step into a role today that will constantly evolve, change and morph as you are ready to step up and take on more responsibility over time
