This is a unique opportunity to join one of Omaha’s most under-the-radar companies in a highly visible HR role where no two days will be the same. Our client is creating this position to start building out its HR team and is seeking someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable operating in an environment where accuracy and follow-through truly matter. This is not a narrowly defined HR position; instead, you will take ownership for the day-to-day HR function, partner closely with leadership, and support the business across a wide range of HR and operational needs. The ideal person enjoys variety, asks thoughtful questions, can speak confidently to their work, and is willing to step in wherever help is needed to keep things running smoothly.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Own all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruiting coordination, onboarding, employee records, and ongoing HR documentation
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization
  • Assist with benefits administration and the company’s 401k plan, including open enrollment, employee communication, and coordination with external partners
  • Support and help manage core HR processes, serving as a key point of contact for employees and leadership
  • Step into a role today that will constantly evolve, change and morph as you are ready to step up and take on more responsibility over time
