Experienced Manufacturing Accountant – Join a team that has a “Get Stuff Done” mentality

We’re partnering with a growing, privately held manufacturing organization in Lincoln that has recently centralized accounting for four U.S. entities under one ERP (NetSuite). Due to expansion and internal transitions, they are adding a key accounting professional to their team. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role with room to grow into a true Senior Accountant position over time. Rather than being confined to a desk, you’ll have the chance to walk the production floor, interact with operations teams, and gain a hands-on understanding of how the business runs.

This role is built for a gritty, heads-down, execution-focused accountant who takes pride in accuracy, speed, and clearing work off the plate. The majority of the position centers around multi-entity AP processing, AR support, cash activity, and month-end assistance. If you like staying busy and knocking out work without needing constant direction, this will fit well.

The ideal candidate will bring manufacturing accounting experience, strong attention to detail, ERP proficiency (NetSuite preferred), and a proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality. This team values humility, work ethic, and strong communication skills just as much as technical ability.
