Compensation: $65,000 - 75,000


About the Role

Fusco Management is seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Coordinator to support our commercial and residential property portfolio.

This role is central to keeping daily operations running smoothly—serving as a key point of coordination between tenants, vendors, internal teams, and property management leadership. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our properties are well-managed, responsive, and operating at a high standard.


What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative support to property management and facilities leadership
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants and vendors, ensuring timely communication and follow-up
  • Coordinate schedules, service requests, work orders, and property inspections
  • Maintain organized records, including leases, contracts, insurance certificates, and property documentation
  • Assist with vendor coordination, compliance tracking, and certificate of insurance (COI) management
  • Support maintenance operations, including tracking requests, preventive maintenance, and move-in/move-out processes
  • Conduct occasional site visits to support inspections and property operations
  • Assist with invoices, reporting, and documentation to support accounting and property performance
  • Manage key administrative processes within Yardi (tenant communications, billing support, record updates)


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to learn property management and accounting systems (Yardi experience a plus)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation


Education & Experience

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  •  1–3 years of experience in administrative support, property management, real estate, or facilities
