The Estimator Position

The Estimator manages the preconstruction phase with responsibilities that include preparing and reviewing bid packages, running cost analysis, and coordinating material take-offs. The position offers a chance to work in Grit Services' state of the art office and gain invaluable knowledge of the estimating process and the construction industry.

Preferred Experience, Skills, & Abilities for the Estimator Position

• At least 3 years of experience estimating in the construction industry
• A bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
