The Part Time Sr. Accountant Position
The Part Time Sr. Accountant position is ideal for someone looking to be a part of a company with an expanding real estate portfolio with the ability to make a direct impact on that growth. To be successful in the role, the Part Time Sr. Accountant will need to be proactive, have the ability to problem solve, and be able to work in a collaborative team environment with different departments.
The Part Time Sr. Accountant role includes strong general accounting day-to-day duties involving collaborating with the Director of Acquisitions and Development, handling receivables, payables, balance sheet reconciliations, financial statements, financial reporting, along with involvement in the yearly audit process.
Experience, Skills & Abilities of the Part Time Sr. Accountant Position
· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required
· Experience in real estate development, construction, or a similar organization is strongly preferred
· CPA is preferred but not required
· 5+ years of prior experience in a senior-level accounting level role, or similar position, is preferred
· Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
· Strong communication and organizational skills
Compensation, Benefits, and Structure for the Part Time Sr. Accountant Position
The Sr. Accountant is a part-time, permanent position with a competitive base salary based on skills and experience. Repvblik offers a great opportunity to be a part of a collaborative team office environment! This position reports directly to the CFO and does not have any direct reports.
