Position Overview


We are seeking a Process Engineer to analyze, design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. This role works closely with production, quality, maintenance, and R&D teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations while supporting both existing product lines and new product introductions.


Key Responsibilities



Process Improvement & Optimization:


  • Evaluate current manufacturing processes through data analysis and process modeling.
  • Develop and implement process control systems and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks to maximize production efficiency.


Engineering & Technical Support:


  • Design, test, and implement new manufacturing equipment, tools, and systems.
  • Support the integration of new products into production processes for scalability and efficiency.
  • Monitor process performance and troubleshoot technical issues.


Documentation & Compliance:


  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and technical reports.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support compliance with quality management systems and relevant industry standards.


Collaboration & Training:


  • Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and KPIs.
  • Provide training to production staff on process changes and best practices.


Qualifications


Required:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in process simulation and data analysis tools (Minitab, Excel, AutoCAD, MATLAB).
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies.


Preferred:


  • Experience with ERP/MES systems.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
  • Familiarity with ISO, GMP, or FDA-regulated environments.
