Responsibilities:

• Ability to adapt to unforeseen situations and a good ability to work under pressure.
• Supervise reliability maintenance employees: ex: oilers, machinists, vibration technicians (Millwrights)
• Promote and ensure a safe work environment and ensure that employees have the required training;
• Monitor equipment performance through data analysis, identify recurring failures and potential reliability issues
• Prepare preventive maintenance plans that are aligned with maintenance goals
• Implementing corrective actions to address identified reliability problems
• Conducting root cause analysis to prevent future equipment failures
• Establishes overall maintenance goals and general actions plans to achieve goals within budget
• Evaluate job priorities, plans and organize maintenance work.
• Responsible for maintenance programs such as lubrication, predictive analysis, basic care
• Responsible for Shutdown preparation and execution of maintenance

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary studies in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Technologist or Red Seal Trade (Millwright).
• Experience in an industrial environment.
• Any other combination of training and relevant experience may be considered.
• Bilingualism is an asset (French and English).
• Sense of responsibility.
• Able to organize and determine priorities.
• Autonomy and your orientation in teamwork.
• Flexibility and availability according to operational needs.
