Responsibilities:
- Ability to adapt to unforeseen situations and a good ability to work under pressure.
- Supervise reliability maintenance employees: ex: oilers, machinists, vibration technicians (Millwrights)
- Promote and ensure a safe work environment and ensure that employees have the required training;
- Monitor equipment performance through data analysis, identify recurring failures and potential reliability issues
- Prepare preventive maintenance plans that are aligned with maintenance goals
- Implementing corrective actions to address identified reliability problems
- Conducting root cause analysis to prevent future equipment failures
- Establishes overall maintenance goals and general actions plans to achieve goals within budget
- Evaluate job priorities, plans and organize maintenance work.
- Responsible for maintenance programs such as lubrication, predictive analysis, basic care
- Responsible for Shutdown preparation and execution of maintenance
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary studies in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Technologist or Red Seal Trade (Millwright).
- Experience in an industrial environment.
- Any other combination of training and relevant experience may be considered.
- Bilingualism is an asset (French and English).
- Sense of responsibility.
- Able to organize and determine priorities.
- Autonomy and your orientation in teamwork.
- Flexibility and availability according to operational needs.
