Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring all members understand their roles, meet performance expectations, and work safely and efficiently. Address any performance gaps promptly.
- Apply values-based leadership to engage and empower employees, aligning their efforts with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, monitor performance, analyze variances, and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Prepare, present, and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Evaluate and improve financial policies, systems, and procedures.
- Identify and communicate critical financial trends to leadership.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CPA designation preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years in a senior financial management role.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and business technology tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, financial management platforms).
